    Hey!

    Won’t these squash noodles break up though when eating/mixing? Although it is very creative, won’t the texture be..not very reminiscent of traditional noodles?

    @Rachiewoowoo Great question. They won’t break up because of the cooking time in the microwave. 15 minutes is the perfect amount of time. Any more and the noodles will be mushy, any less and they will be too tough and ridged.
